2.2. All counselling sessions are provided by certified and experienced counsellors.
2.3. Counselling sessions are available in durations of 50 minutes and 75 minutes, unless otherwise specified.
3.1. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
3.2. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will not be eligible for a refund.
3.3. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving a valid cancellation request.
4.1. We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of all client information in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) of Singapore and other applicable laws.
4.2. Information shared during counselling sessions will be kept confidential, except in cases where disclosure is required by law.
